1. Data We Collect

To offer comprehensive channel insights, CreatorsHub accesses your channel metrics through Google OAuth services. We only collect read-only data, which includes:

• Channel name, description, avatar, and custom URL.
• Aggregated viewer statistics (total video counts, historical subscriber growth, and total views).
• Basic information about your uploaded content (video titles, release dates, and view counts).

We do not access, store, or modify your video files, private videos, comment sections, or account passwords.

2. Google API Compliance

CreatorsHub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google OAuth data to third-party advertising companies or marketing brokers. All data is exclusively loaded to populate your private dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• Generating aggregated metrics, subscriber velocity statistics, and distributions on your private CreatorsHub Dashboard.
• Syncing video metadata locally to display video performance analytics on your behalf.
• Managing Paddle subscriptions, billing receipts, and tier permissions.

4. Data Deletion & Revocation

You are in full control of your credentials. You can revoke CreatorsHub's access to your YouTube channel at any time:

• Directly within the Settings panel by clicking "Delete Channel Connection".
• Globally through your Google Security Permissions Console by removing CreatorsHub from your authorized applications.

Upon deletion of your account, all cached database values, Google OAuth tokens, and synced metrics are permanently purged from our databases immediately.
