Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptable Use of Service

CreatorsHub provides cross-platform channel tracking, data aggregation, and video statistics syncing. By using the app, you agree:

  • Not to connect channels you do not own, manage, or have explicit permission to synchronize.
  • Not to attempt any reverse-engineering of the analytics data pipelines, webhook channels, or stripe configurations.
  • Not to use the platform to scrape aggregated metrics for competitor channels outside the defined tracking limits of your tier.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Some services require a premium paid subscription ("Creator Pro") billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

  • Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our subscription payments. They handle customer service inquiries, billing verification, local taxation, and refunds.
  • Pricing: $12 per month. All subscription tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply click "Manage Subscription" on the Pricing page or visit your Profile Settings to open the Paddle billing customer portal and cancel. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund policy for subscription transactions. If you are unsatisfied with Creator Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Please contact our support desk or reach out to Paddle Customer Service directly to initiate a refund request.

3. Third-Party Integrations

CreatorsHub directly integrates with third-party software services (such as Google, YouTube APIs, and Stripe). By connecting these services:

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for service outages, rate limits, or account terminations initiated by those third-party providers. Your use of YouTube features is bound by their specific terms of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

CreatorsHub is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime, nor do we assume liability for missing statistics, inaccurate view counts, or loss of potential channel revenues.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard corporate regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
